This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist Regional Healthcare Bankers by obtaining and gathering necessary documents while conducting financial analyses.
• Facilitate communication and coordination with borrowers and Regional Healthcare Bankers to arrange calls and meetings.
• Evaluate loan applications and manage loan files to ensure they meet established criteria promptly.
• Enter data into required banking software and forward files to the credit department.
• Examine deals for precision and negotiate credit terms when needed.
• Aid in the comprehensive loan closing process.
• Confirm signatures, execution dates, collateral, and relevant documentation.
• Ensure that loan documents are complete, accurate, and properly organized.
• Uphold compliance with relevant regulations as well as bank policies and procedures.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in healthcare loan processing and credit.
• Familiarity with bank policies, procedures, and products.
• Strong and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities, including the capacity to cultivate business relationships.
• Excellent research capabilities.
• Proficient negotiation skills.
• Competent in department software and MS Office applications.
• Ability to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations as well as bank policies and procedures.
