Practice Partnership Manager – West

📋 Description

• Arrange meetings with potential accounts, ensuring they are thoroughly vetted, key information is recorded, and future meetings are organized for maximum effectiveness.

• Conduct in-person sales meetings with private practices within your territory, educating OBGYNs, Office Managers, and other clinic personnel about Seven Starling’s mission, value proposition, and referral processes.

• Activate new accounts as referral partners through effective sales conversations, clearly communicating Seven Starling’s value, and establishing referral workflows along with in-office materials.

• Expand accounts through continuous account management by building relationships with practice advocates, providing customized updates, and ensuring that practice needs are addressed.

• Assist in launching new service lines and expansions by introducing offerings to practice partners and uncovering opportunities to strengthen referral relationships.

• Provide insights, risks, and opportunities from market visits to the Growth team.

• Keep CRM records for the territory current to track progress, next steps, and targeted outreach.

• Proactively monitor and manage territory performance against KPIs, identifying areas for improvement or opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the healthcare sector.

• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales goals.

• A natural relationship-builder who enjoys fostering new connections and opening doors at all organizational levels.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively tailor the value of our offerings to meet the unique needs of different audiences.

• A quick learner who flourishes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where change is common.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; proficiency with CRM tools is essential.

• A creative and collaborative team player, enthusiastic about working with a passionate, mission-driven group.

• Experience in healthcare, ideally with in-clinic sales experience.

• 1-2 years of experience at a rapidly growing startup.

• Willingness to travel weekly (2-4 days a week, 3 out of 4 weeks per month) to OBGYN practices within your regional territory.

• Reside near a major airport, preferably in Los Angeles, San Diego, or Las Vegas.
