📋 Description

• Enhance process efficiency, facilitate change adoption, and guarantee consistent implementation of strategic and operational initiatives within the designated service line.

• Assist in the operationalization of processes, tools, and operational models.

• Oversee operational initiatives and drive process enhancements.

• Recognize operational deficiencies and opportunities to boost efficiency and team effectiveness.

• Manage operational escalations related to engagement setup, contracting, resourcing, compliance, and financial processes.

• Ensure compliance with operational processes, internal controls, organizational policies, engagement documentation requirements, and operational standards.

• Aid in the implementation, acceptance, and change facilitation for new processes, technologies, reporting methods, and operational initiatives.

• Support strategic projects, operational modifications, system implementations, and process transitions.

• Convert strategic priorities into actionable operational plans and assist in achieving business objectives.

• Facilitate communications among the firm, service line, and practice.

• Collaborate with Finance, Resource Management, Talent Management, Enterprise Technology, Legal, and Client Operations teams.

• Assist in business meetings, operational evaluations, and leadership planning sessions.

• Create presentation materials, reporting, and communications.

• Analyze firmwide dashboards and reports with Finance to identify financial trends, risks, and business implications.

• Review chargeable hours, utilization rates, overtime, engagement profitability, travel, and controllable expenses.

• Oversee project quality and compliance throughout the engagement lifecycle, including AR, WIP, engagement documentation, and contracting.

• Manage expense oversight for employees, subcontractors, vendors, software, and subscriptions.

• Coordinate follow-ups, analyses, and resolution of operational and financial risks, trends, and anomalies.

• Consolidate operational insights and reporting for monitoring business health and aiding leadership decision-making.

• Support staffing alignment, operational readiness, recruitment objectives, onboarding, team integration, training, and continuing professional education initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred, or 9 years of relevant experience in its absence.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or practice management is required.

• At least two (2) years of experience in a professional services or consulting environment is preferred.

• Proven analytical, organizational, problem-solving, project management, and change management abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the capability to collaborate efficiently across diverse teams and leadership levels.

• Proficient in managing multiple priorities and operational initiatives in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.

• Proven track record of fostering accountability, operational execution, and continuous improvement efforts.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate collaborative relationships throughout the organization.

• Experience in interpreting operational and financial reports to inform business decisions and operational planning.

• Self-motivated individual with strong initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently when necessary.

• Maintains professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.

• Demonstrated technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and reporting tools like Power BI.

• Willingness to work 45 or more hours per week as required.

• Ability to travel, potentially up to 15%.
