This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Take ownership of practice revenue, margin, and growth.
• Develop the annual plan and oversee the pipeline.
• Directly contribute to bookings through relationship building and pursuit activities.
• Lead client evaluations, roadmap developments, platform selections, and transformation processes.
• Collaborate across finance, supply chain, procurement, human capital management, and reporting functions.
• Configure, prototype, and validate solutions prior to making recommendations.
• Create new service definitions, delivery methods, accelerators, playbooks, and reusable resources.
• Enhance existing market offerings.
• Generate viewpoints, frameworks, client briefings, webinars, and enablement materials.
• Keep track of platform roadmaps, vendor consolidations, pricing changes, alliance dynamics, and advancements in AI.
• Collaborate with delivery, alliances, and business development teams.
• Expand the team as demand grows.
• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise applications and business process consulting, including managing revenue or a book of business.
• Industry knowledge in one or more served sectors.
• Familiarity with the enterprise platform landscape, including NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Capability to guide platform selections, rigorously assess roadmaps, and hold vendors accountable.
• Proficiency in applied AI and its influence on enterprise technology consulting.
• A business-process-first mindset complemented by technical credibility.
• Ability to facilitate design sessions and develop working prototypes.
• Experience in scaling a practice or offering from initial traction to repeatable success.
• Comfortable with both business development and delivery aspects.
• Excellent writing and presentation abilities.
• A degree in business, information technology, accounting, or a related discipline is preferred.
• An MBA, CPA, or relevant platform certification is advantageous.
