Practice Implementation Consultant – Field-Based in UK

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Minimize barriers linked to the widespread adoption of software.

• Assist in defining solutions and designing workflows alongside sales executives.

• Provide customized product demonstrations to senior practice partners, IT directors, and department heads.

• Address complex technical, security, and operational objections throughout the sales process.

• Develop and implement standardized operational processes for FreeAgent within practices.

• Oversee the comprehensive onboarding process for large practices, including planning, risk management, milestone tracking, and stakeholder alignment until go-live.

• Facilitate bulk data migrations, covering extraction templates, validation, reconciliation, and approval procedures.

• Create and deliver specialized workshops and webinars for practice staff, bookkeepers, and client managers.

• Establish onboarding frameworks, migration playbooks, and training materials.

• Document technical requirements, identify migration challenges, and gather product enhancement feedback for Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Share successes and insights to foster process enhancements and ongoing skill development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background as a qualified, part-qualified, or experienced accountant or bookkeeper.

• Operational understanding of the workings of large national UK accounting firms.

• Strong computer skills and familiarity with SaaS applications.

• Practical experience with data migration processes.

• Previous experience in an accounting practice setting is preferred.

• Willingness to travel nationally, primarily within England.

• Capacity to work Monday to Friday in a permanent, full-time capacity.
