Practice Consultant Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact between assigned Institutes, Financial Managers, and clinicians concerning Revenue Management issues.

• Proactively oversee revenue cycle operations, which encompass systems, clinical workflows, tools, processes, and specific billing and coding requirements for each Institute.

• Regularly update Institutes and Revenue Management leadership with status reports and analyses pertaining to operational, financial, and statistical data.

• Create educational resources and processes aimed at enhancing charge capture initiatives.

• Provide impactful and efficient training focused on improving efficiency and maximizing revenue.

• Design and conduct orientation and educational programs that promote revenue optimization and compliance with charging practices among clinicians.

• Establish and maintain ongoing communication with assigned Institutes to recognize and address their business needs.

• Offer guidance and prompt responses to customer service inquiries and requests.

• Facilitate regular meetings with Institutes and stakeholders.

• Manage the expectations of the Institute regarding financial and overall Revenue Cycle performance.

• Collaborate with practices and leaders to improve workflows and procedures by identifying training and development requirements.

• Analyze issues, present findings, and implement or oversee action plans.

• Proactively identify sources of issues and relay them to the appropriate parties.

• Provide updates to Institutes regarding new Revenue Management initiatives aimed at enhancing performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a resident of Pennsylvania.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required.

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is necessary; this experience may include a combination of related work experience and obtained degrees.

• At least 2 years of experience managing people, processes, or projects is required.

• Strong communication skills.

• Proficient in computer literacy.

• Familiarity with the Waterfall Model.

• Ability to work independently.

• Must be available to work during the day.

• Expected to work 40 hours weekly.

• Travel may be necessary.

• Must comply with organization policies and procedures.
