PR & Partnership Manager DACH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and implement the PR & Partnership strategy tailored for the DACH market.

• Work in conjunction with the Country Manager DACH and the global PR & Partnership team.

• Lead and nurture the DACH PR & Partnership team by establishing priorities and objectives, delegating tasks, and offering constructive feedback and coaching.

• Identify and spearhead impactful partnerships, PR campaigns, influencer collaborations, UGC initiatives, events, and brand activations.

• Actively engage with the team to achieve monthly performance targets.

• Establish and sustain long-term relationships with media, influencers, creators, makeup artists, entertainers, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Oversee CAIA’s DACH awards strategy, including identifying opportunities and ensuring nominations and accolades.

• Manage intricate projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely execution, adherence to budget, and measurable outcomes.

• Own and provide insights on the DACH PR & Partnership budget, emphasizing commercial impact and ROI.

• Track trends and market developments, sharing local insights to enhance CAIA’s global PR & Partnership strategy.

• Collaborate with Social Media, CRM, E-commerce, Performance Marketing, and Commercial teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of senior-level experience in PR, partnerships, or influencer marketing within the DACH region.

• Proven track record in leading and developing a team.

• Professional fluency in German.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Well-established connections within the DACH press, influencer, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.

• Strong strategic and commercial acumen.

• Capability to convert market insights into quantifiable business outcomes.

• Excellent project management, negotiation, and budget/contract management skills.

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently throughout the DACH region.

• Prior experience in the beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods sectors is advantageous.

• Experience in an international, rapidly growing, and entrepreneurial environment is a plus.

• Strong comprehension of social media, creator-led marketing, and the evolving DACH media landscape is beneficial.
