This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Utilize AI technologies to improve and streamline business operations.
• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to departmental functions.
• Develop and implement affiliate and PR strategies for clients of Power Digital Marketing.
• Initiate new affiliate client programs, overseeing the entire platform setup process.
• Manage and enhance existing affiliate programs based on key performance indicators.
• Facilitate client communication, reporting, and storytelling to ensure channels align with client objectives.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations based on insights and creative conclusions.
• Proactively pitch to achieve media relations outcomes for the client portfolio.
• Stay updated on industry trends and share pertinent articles with the agency.
• Conduct media and influencer outreach to secure regular coverage in targeted outlets.
• Review and refine written materials and reports.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries.
• Train and supervise interns and part-time staff.
• Assist in formulating affiliate and PR strategies.
• Support media relations initiatives for PR accounts.
• Project and establish goal expectations.
• Make and execute strategic optimizations for partnerships.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing strategy and comprehensive campaign management.
• At least 2 years of experience in public relations.
• 1-2 years of agency experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and experience collaborating with affiliates such as content partners, press sites, rewards sites, and loyalty/cashback/deal sites.
• Practical experience with affiliate platforms like Impact, ShareASale, Commission Junction, Rakuten Advertising, Pepperjam, or similar.
• Knowledge of affiliate best practices including commission structures, tracking methods, partner optimization strategies, and forecasting.
• Experience in CPG media relations is highly recommended but not mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
