PPM Director – PPM Tool, Data, Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Serve as the Product Owner for the PPM Tool (Clarity) within the Enterprise Project Office.

• Collaborate with business leaders, IT, and key stakeholders to implement a business-specific Information Systems strategy.

• Lead initiatives related to system selection, enhancements, configuration, reporting, and updates.

• Oversee system design, development, testing, and ongoing administration.

• Engage in organizational change management initiatives.

• Supervise a team of associates, encompassing hiring, performance management, coaching, and talent development.

• Manage the design, configuration, reporting, testing, implementation, and upgrades of supported business systems.

• Diagnose and enhance processes for end users.

• Spearhead vendor selection and supervise vendor activities.

• Assess system functionality through user feedback, analysis, and process documentation.

• Create solutions to improve systems.

• Set and monitor expectations to fulfill company and departmental objectives.

• Oversee hiring, performance, training, and evaluation of assigned personnel.

• Provide technical guidance and professional development.

• Lead change management initiatives and offer training and education to users, managers, and associates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 12 years of experience in Information Technology or Business System management, particularly with the system to be supported.

• Experience with the business system to be supported.

• Familiarity with PPM Tools; Clarity is preferred.

• Formal experience as a people leader.

• Experience as a product owner.

• Ownership of roadmap vision and strategy.

• Understanding of user experience and end-user design.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Availability to work during EST/CST hours.

• Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.
