Power Platform Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Support and facilitate delivery for Titan, ViCTOR, and ARES.

• Coordinate the development, testing, assurance, release, and transition of Titan from ViCTOR.

• Oversee the ARES automation delivery pipeline.

• Maintain priorities, milestones, ownership, Jira plans, RAID, dependencies, and delivery status.

• Conduct stand-ups, planning sessions, refinement meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Address blockers and escalate risks, dependencies, and decisions that require senior intervention.

• Ensure that delivery processes are transparent and controlled, with well-defined priorities, ownership, and next steps.

• Empower senior leadership to concentrate on Application Platforms portfolio management, strategic priorities, and engagement with senior stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Support and facilitate delivery for Titan, ViCTOR, and ARES, ensuring clear priorities, milestones, and ownership.

• Assist in Titan delivery and its transition from ViCTOR by coordinating development, testing, assurance, release, and dependencies.

• Manage the ARES automation delivery pipeline, actively overseeing priorities, dependencies, blockers, and readiness.

• Keep accurate Jira plans, RAID, dependencies, and delivery status updated.

• Conduct effective delivery ceremonies, including stand-ups, planning sessions, refinement meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Proactively address blockers and escalate risks to the Senior Delivery Manager, as well as any dependencies or decisions that require senior intervention.

• This role requires possession of or willingness to obtain Security Clearance.

• Candidates are required to complete a Baseline Personnel Security Standard during onboarding; failure to meet the associated criteria may result in delays or prevent employment.
