Power BI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish data and reporting requirements.

• Create and disseminate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for both internal and external partners.

• Lead initiatives aimed at improving data and reporting capabilities, focusing on data quality, attributes, and the automation of manual processes.

• Utilize data to derive insights by evaluating key performance indicators and trends, and present findings to business leaders.

• Work in partnership with business and technical subject matter experts to comprehend data, conduct thorough analyses to address business challenges, and compile and present outcomes to management.

• Offer support to business and finance stakeholders regarding ongoing and ad hoc initiatives and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in business and IT program or project management.

• Background in the Financial Services and/or Payment sectors.

• Proficient in data-driven management, metrics, and reporting.

• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in macros, complex pivot tables, and charts/graphs.

• Practical experience with Power BI and SQL.

• Familiarity with VBA and Python.

• Must be prepared to undergo a background investigation and drug test as part of the selection process.
