This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Design, construct, and manage ETL pipelines and staging tables within a SQL Server data warehouse environment.
• Write and enhance intricate T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to facilitate reporting and analytics.
• Create and sustain SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards utilized by operations, finance, and executive teams.
• Diagnose data quality problems, identify underlying causes, and implement lasting solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert reporting requests into well-organized, maintainable data solutions.
• Oversee scheduled data refresh jobs and pipelines, addressing any failures or performance concerns.
• Document data models, business logic, and definitions of reports.
• Support integrations between core business systems and the reporting warehouse.
• Perform other job-related responsibilities as assigned according to business needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred; relevant hands-on experience may substitute for a degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in a BI, data analyst, or database developer position.
• Strong practical experience with SQL Server and T-SQL, including complex joins, window functions, and stored procedures.
• Experience in building and maintaining ETL/data pipelines using SSIS or similar tools.
• Proficiency in developing reports and dashboards in SSRS and Power BI.
• Advanced skills in Excel, including VBA.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with comfort in managing imperfect or messy data.
• Capability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with healthcare, pharmacy, or revenue cycle management data is advantageous.
• Familiarity with integrating ERP or third-party systems, such as NetSuite, into a data warehouse.
• Knowledge of SQL Server Agent job scheduling and monitoring.
