Power Apps Specialist – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and implement enhancements for Microsoft Power Apps Canvas applications.

• Diagnose and resolve application bugs, technical challenges, and integration issues.

• Collect and evaluate business requirements, transforming them into user stories and technical solutions.

• Create Power Automate workflows and streamline business processes.

• Integrate Power Apps with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL Server.

• Work with SQL Server tables, views, and stored procedures.

• Engage in Agile sprint planning, weekly meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Utilize Azure DevOps to document requirements, development tasks, progress, and deployments.

• Produce and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, testing materials, and deployment records.

• Ensure applications are efficient, scalable, user-friendly, and compliant with relevant technical and cybersecurity standards.

• Keep updated with the latest features, tools, and best practices of the Microsoft Power Platform.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining Microsoft Power Apps Canvas applications.

• Practical experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Fx.

• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, including tables, views, and stored procedures.

• Experience in integrating applications with various data sources, including Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL Server.

• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.

• Experience working within an Agile development environment.

• Proficient with Azure DevOps or a comparable development/project tracking platform.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation abilities.

• Capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Must be a US Citizen.
