Post-training Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of AI Tutors responsible for delivering training data and evaluations for SpaceXAI’s models.

• Take ownership of the complete quality and delivery process for assigned Human Data projects.

• Review work to ensure accuracy, consistency, adherence to guidelines, and quality at scale.

• Guide, coach, and manage the performance of AI Tutors.

• Oversee and engage in labeling and reviewing tasks.

• Manage taxonomies and the quality assurance processes.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements to processes.

• Monitor performance through KPI dashboards and quality metrics.

• Create and deliver training, practice, and certification materials.

• Manage certifications and adjustments to the workforce.

• Collaborate with Human Data Managers, Team Leads, and Engineering teams.

• Document outcomes and report on project status, risks, and results.

• Represent tutors and encourage collaboration throughout the Human Data organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in data labeling, annotation, AI training/evaluation, content quality, or similar operational fields.

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of professional experience in lieu of a degree.

• Familiarity with data quality metrics, annotation processes, and workflows guided by established guidelines.

• Experience with tools such as Notion, Axiom, JIRA, Linear, or similar platforms.

• Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including the impact of training data on model performance.

• Candidates must reside in one of the eligible countries where SpaceXAI has a physical office; remote work options are also available.
