Post-Production Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop a network of contractors and engage with video editors, retouchers, colorists, VFX artists, and AI creators.

• Assign the appropriate specialist for each specific project.

• Oversee video and photo materials from initial intake through to final delivery.

• Conduct detailed reviews of materials and provide constructive feedback to specialists.

• Create briefs and collaborate with technical specifications.

• Make both technical and creative choices to enhance processes.

• Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources throughout the entire post-production workflow.

• Assess visual quality and ensure alignment with creative objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing post-production processes for photo and video.

• Proficiency in English at an Intermediate level or above.

• Capability to manage large quantities of information, organize data, and coordinate workflows.

• Skill in working with briefs, technical specifications, and adapting to project alterations.

• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle changes and differences.

• A well-developed eye for photo and video production quality.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Competence in resolving conflicts and taking responsibility for decisions.

• Ability to swiftly analyze situations and identify alternative solutions.

• Experience within the fashion industry.

• Proven experience in creating photo and video content.

• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation.
