This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead the remote editing team from the planning phase through to final delivery.
• Manage and enhance the entire post-production workflow across various brands and content formats.
• Delegate projects and balance the workload among editors effectively.
• Supervise timelines, versioning, and delivery schedules.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and address delayed feedback efficiently.
• Provide creative and performance-driven feedback on edits.
• Collaborate closely with Producers, Strategists, and Account Managers.
• Ensure alignment of the post-production team with creative and delivery key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify and implement AI tools to boost editing efficiency, asset management, and version control.
• Assist in recruitment, mentoring, role definition, and the development of scalable workflows for the post-production team.
• Conduct regular post-production meetings.
• Maintain a well-organized post-production archive and delivery documentation.
• Support content that enhances conversions and resonates with online audiences.
• 3-5+ years of experience in post-production.
• Proven experience in managing remote creative teams and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of editing workflows and industry standards.
• Knowledge of social ad performance metrics and storytelling techniques for social media platforms, including Meta and TikTok.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with After Effects and emerging AI-assisted post-production tools like Veo, Runway, and Adobe Sensei.
• Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
• Ability to handle competing deadlines with composure and clarity.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in managing expectations across creative, production, and strategy stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
• Genuine enthusiasm for e-commerce and social-first creative approaches.
• Understanding of factors that drive performance, audience engagement, and conversion through video content.
