Post-Merger Integration Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive integration planning and execution, starting from pre-close and Day 1 through to stabilization and complete integration.

• Create and manage the integration roadmap, including milestones, responsible parties, dependencies, and success metrics across various functional workstreams.

• Serve as the primary integration liaison between senior leadership, functional teams, and the acquired organization.

• Coordinate efforts across People/HR, Finance, IT, Operations, and other workstreams.

• Identify and address organizational, cultural, communication, and process gaps among teams and across regions.

• Monitor integration risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions, providing leadership with clear recommendations and solutions.

• Assist in achieving anticipated synergies, efficiencies, and overall deal value.

• Facilitate integration meetings, workshops, and updates for leadership.

• Aid in due diligence and pre-close planning for upcoming acquisitions.

• Develop and continually enhance PMI playbooks, templates, governance processes, and lessons learned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in post-merger integration, mergers and acquisitions, business transformation, or large-scale organizational change.

• Proven ability to lead intricate, cross-functional projects spanning multiple teams, countries, or locations.

• Strong grasp of organizational, operational, cultural, and personnel-related dimensions of integration.

• Experience engaging with senior leadership and managing stakeholders without direct authority.

• Authentic cross-cultural fluency and experience collaborating with international teams.

• Excellent program management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities, dependencies, and deadlines.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguous, fast-paced environments and adjusting as priorities evolve.

• Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Willingness to travel as required to support integration initiatives.
