This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.
• Act as a consultative wound care specialist and primary liaison for post-acute and transition-of-care decision makers.
• Consult with healthcare professionals on the safe and effective application of Solventum products.
• Offer outpatient bedside assistance for product placement and dressing alterations.
• Promote business growth through effective account and territory management, along with achieving sales objectives.
• Identify and address customer financial and clinical needs.
• Educate clinicians through in-service training and product usage instruction.
• Collaborate with prescribers to initiate therapy orders and ensure proper billing documentation.
• Develop and sustain relationships with clinical and economic stakeholders.
• Utilize clinical and economic evidence to support therapy adoption and the introduction of new products.
• Persuade stakeholders to endorse proposed solutions and products.
• Provide comprehensive customer support and service.
• Complete sales training and demonstrate proficiency in the necessary skills.
• Utilize company software for planning, pipeline management, and usage tracking.
• Represent Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 2 years of sales and/or clinical experience OR High School Diploma/GED AND 4 years of sales and/or clinical experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• A current, valid Driver’s License.
• Must successfully pass a pre-hire motor vehicle record review and maintain ongoing eligibility per Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign-off.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
• May require licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials as mandated by healthcare or third-party facilities.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and targets.
• Prior experience in wound care, medical devices, or DME sales/clinical roles.
• Experience in establishing customer relationships with key influencers.
• Background in territory management and business planning.
• Familiarity with clinical value drivers across various care areas.
• Knowledge of the U.S. health insurance and reimbursement landscape.
• Customer-focused selling and closing skills.
• Experience navigating complex sales cycles.
• Completion of a formal sales training program.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Experience with new product introductions and value analysis processes.
• Strong data analysis and analytical skills.
