This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Manage assigned propositions throughout their entire lifecycle: from intake, development, gate reviews, and launch to refresh.
• Create and verify proposition toolkits, which include client-facing narratives, qualification guidance, proof points, competitive positioning, and commercial inputs.
• Coordinate efforts among subject matter experts, offering teams, marketing, go-to-market, learning and development, and other contributors under a unified brief.
• Prepare for gate reviews and ensure that stages progress only with documented approvals.
• Execute the quarterly refresh cycle and integrate insights from both successes and challenges.
• Oversee the portfolio to identify overlap, opportunities, and propositions that may need to be phased out.
• Present portfolio recommendations to the Executive Portfolio Strategist.
• Collaborate with narrative, enablement, commercial, and operations teams.
• Create propositions centered on AI, data, emerging technology, and assisting enterprises in transitioning from pilot to production.
• Proven experience in offering or product strategy, product marketing, proposition development, or consulting that involves crafting and launching repeatable offers.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a structured lifecycle or stage-gate process.
• Exceptional writing skills with the capacity to translate technical capabilities into client-centric propositions.
• Capability to coordinate senior contributors across various functions without formal authority.
• Ability to work under deadlines with multiple active propositions simultaneously.
• Adequate technical fluency to engage credibly in discussions about offers with practice experts.
• Experience in a large consulting, professional services, or technology services firm.
• In-depth knowledge in enterprise modernization, AI, or data.
• Familiarity with commercial and pricing aspects related to offers.
• Background in competitive positioning and conducting win/loss analysis.
• Understanding of enterprise AI adoption is a significant plus.
