This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
• Evaluate the client's real estate portfolio and formulate strategies and plans to meet long-term operational and financial objectives.
• Partner with the C&W platform, service line functions, and client stakeholders to create solutions and facilitate approval and implementation.
• Lead and conduct meetings to gain direction, alignment, and consensus.
• Assist in leveraging insights, collaboration, and delivery to foster product innovation.
• Aid in client annual planning, budget formulation, and decision-making processes.
• Provide summary analyses, draft and coordinate client reports and deliverables, while managing quality control reviews.
• Collect, organize, and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to transform raw inputs into structured insights.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency in data analysis and delivery while ensuring accountability for accuracy.
• Support analytical methodologies, frameworks, and comparative analyses to assess current conditions and future scenarios.
• Compile information into summaries and draft content for client presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations.
• Create materials for interviews, workshops, feedback sessions, meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
• Aid in project coordination by maintaining documentation, tracking inputs, and ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional partners to provide integrated solutions.
• Assist with scenario-based and comparative analyses for portfolio optimization, consolidation, expansion, or site selection initiatives.
• Examine real estate, labor, and risk factors using internal data and market insights to support location-based recommendations.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional certification is required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Foundational understanding of consulting delivery models and strategy processes, including problem framing, scoping, and evidence-based recommendations.
• Experience in analyzing and presenting data utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, AI, and basic BI or visualization tools.
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, data quality considerations, and limitations of inference.
• Ability to collaborate with project teams, integrate feedback, and manage shared work effectively.
• Strong critical thinking skills to analyze defined problems and identify key assumptions or gaps.
• Basic project planning skills, including effort estimation, progress tracking, and risk identification.
• Ability to organize inputs into clear outlines, summaries, and coherent narratives.
• Relevant understanding of commercial real estate practices is strongly preferred.
• Strong background and proven experience in portfolio strategy and planning.
• Proficiency in finance and accounting concepts, as well as financial modeling.
• Capacity to manage large data sets, identify key information, and provide insightful recommendations with minimal guidance.
• Ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative information.
• Superior understanding of business concepts with the ability to creatively apply these to diverse client needs.
• Ability to influence and manage clients through relationship building, communication, and leadership skills.
