This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and continuously refine the master narrative for Intelligence Center X and the wider portfolio.
• Develop narrative frameworks based on customer challenges, unique product value, market dynamics, and Siemens’ industrial expertise.
• Create a messaging architecture, proof points, terminology, and storytelling standards that link corporate vision, portfolio positioning, product messaging, industry use cases, and customer outcomes.
• Ensure consistency of narrative across executive and leadership communications.
• Identify messaging gaps, inconsistencies, or conflicting narratives and drive alignment.
• Lead the creation of executive keynotes, high-profile presentations, customer events, analyst engagements, and executive communications pertaining to Intelligence Center X and industrial AI.
• Collaborate with senior executives, product leaders, and subject matter experts to convert complex strategies and technical innovations into audience-specific narratives.
• Define presentation storylines, narrative arcs, proof points, visual direction, customer examples, and calls to action.
• Establish scalable executive storytelling processes, including briefing frameworks, content governance, speaker preparation, message rehearsals, and post-event content repurposing.
• Develop expertise in portfolio capabilities, product roadmaps, technical architecture, customer adoption models, competitive positioning, and strategic ecosystems.
• Translate industrial data platforms, knowledge graphs, AI/ML lifecycle management, low-code development, agentic workflows, governance frameworks, and human-AI collaboration into customer value propositions.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, and Sales teams to link narrative claims to measurable business outcomes and technical proof.
• Foster relationships across Siemens businesses, product organizations, marketing functions, industry teams, regions, and strategic partners.
• Lead narrative reviews and decision-making forums to promote alignment and resolve competing priorities.
• Coach executives, product marketers, and go-to-market leaders on customer-centric storytelling, message hierarchy, narrative discipline, and best practices for executive presentations.
• Over 10 years of experience in Product Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Portfolio Marketing, Brand Strategy, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in enterprise software, industrial technology, AI, data platforms, automation, cloud technologies, or platform businesses.
• Proven track record of defining category, platform, or portfolio narratives that enhanced market understanding, strengthened differentiation, and supported go-to-market execution.
• Extensive experience in developing executive keynotes, leadership presentations, and high-visibility communications.
• Exceptional skills in storytelling, writing, editing, and presentation development.
• Strong acumen in product marketing.
• Ability to synthesize market trends, customer needs, product capabilities, competitive dynamics, and proof points into a compelling strategic narrative.
• Capability to engage deeply with technical products while translating complexity into clear business value without sacrificing credibility.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional stakeholders in a global, highly matrixed environment.
• Strong executive presence, communication skills, and stakeholder management abilities.
