Portfolio Manager – Commercial Servicing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Supervise the performance of a designated portfolio of commercial real estate loans

• Act as the primary point of contact for borrowers and assigned investors

• Assist with borrower requests and manage the resolution of delinquencies

• Evaluate loan documentation, compliance, and quality control issues

• Maintain regular communication with borrowers and third-party representatives

• Reach out to delinquent clients, provide repayment options, conduct financial interviews, and document reasons for delinquency

• Analyze daily reports and set workflow priorities

• Track delinquent commercial loans and take actions to minimize delinquencies

• Investigate investor guidelines and borrower requests to resolve loan discrepancies

• Oversee Tax, Insurance, Escrow Analysis, Suspense, and Task surveillance activities

• Examine property operating statements and rent rolls for Watchlist monitoring and collateral assessment

• Address significant property concerns and seek resolution from borrowers

• Manage portfolio Watchlist reporting

• Collaborate with internal departments to oversee asset management and servicing functions

• Record borrower requests and prepare analysis along with management resolution write-ups

• Create investor reports and assist during audits

• Review and revise internal policies and procedures as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred or equivalent professional experience

• At least 2 years of experience in loan servicing is mandatory

• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, CoPilot, and other information processing software

• Capability to perform intricate calculations using calculators and systems

• Ability to think critically and apply sound judgment

• Skilled in handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately

• Exceptional verbal, written, and listening communication abilities

• Must successfully complete the Company’s Background Screening process before commencing employment

• May need to pass client-specific background checks or Federal/State licensing requirements, if applicable

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is an advantage
