This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the strategy and implementation for the Chronic PD portfolio within the Atlanta area territory.
β’ Organize resources and collaborate across departments to execute local implementation plans.
β’ Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with physicians and business partners.
β’ Collaborate with PD Clinical Specialists to ensure alignment of resources.
β’ Enhance understanding of therapies, products, and the comprehensive selling process.
β’ Negotiate and oversee local contracts while serving as the primary liaison for contractual communications.
β’ Increase utilization of PD therapies and boost PD referrals.
β’ Propel pre-tax associated margins and market share growth through provider engagement.
β’ Develop and negotiate local contracts that align with strategic pricing goals.
β’ Utilize business tools to identify and expand high-opportunity providers.
β’ Prioritize and execute market initiatives to achieve territory forecasts and objectives.
β’ Deliver scientific and technical sales presentations and discussions.
β’ Continuously enhance selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
β’ Create, manage, and expand the territory sales opportunity pipeline.
β’ Maximize territory growth by collaborating on strategic account initiatives.
β’ Document and maintain customer interactions in Pristine Boost (Salesforce).
β’ Bachelor's Degree or over 5 years of relevant experience in medical device and/or clinical sales.
β’ Demonstrated success in closing new business opportunities.
β’ Experience engaging with physicians in a sales context is required.
β’ Preferred experience working with nephrologists and established physician networks.
β’ Skilled in managing the complete sales cycle, which includes prospecting, lead qualification, solution selling, and closing.
β’ At least 3 years of sales experience in the medical field is necessary.
β’ Proven ability to manage multiple projects and/or businesses while achieving or exceeding sales targets.
β’ Advanced consultative sales capabilities and outstanding interpersonal relationship skills.
β’ Competence in relating to various management levels and staff within a clinical setting.
β’ Proven negotiation skills, including starting, executing, and finalizing contractual processes.
β’ Effective forecasting abilities.
β’ Capability to work collaboratively with team members on new business conversions and development at client sites.
β’ Proficiency in negotiating and managing pricing contracts and renewals.
β’ Willingness to travel an average of at least 50% of the time.
β’ Valid driver's license.
