This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +1 more state.
• Oversee the strategy and implementation for the Chronic PD portfolio in Alabama and Northern Mississippi.
• Foster effective resource coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and localized implementation strategies.
• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with physicians and business partners.
• Collaborate with PD Clinical Specialists to ensure resource alignment.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of therapies, products, and the entire sales process.
• Negotiate and manage local contracts, acting as the primary contact for contractual communications.
• Enhance the utilization of PD therapies and boost PD referrals through strategic physician and business partnerships.
• Propel pre-tax margins and market share growth through direct engagement with providers.
• Create and negotiate local contracts that align with strategic pricing strategies.
• Utilize business tools to identify and expand relationships with high-opportunity providers focused on patient growth and retention.
• Prioritize and execute market initiatives to achieve territory forecasts and objectives.
• Conduct scientific and technical sales presentations and discussions.
• Develop selling, negotiation, and presentation skills while staying informed about relevant tools and resources.
• Create, manage, and expand the territory sales opportunity funnel.
• Maximize territory growth through collaboration on strategic account initiatives.
• Document and maintain customer interactions in Pristine Boost (Salesforce).
• Bachelor’s Degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience in medical device and/or clinical sales.
• Demonstrated success in closing new business.
• Experience engaging with physicians in a sales environment is essential.
• Preferred experience with nephrologists and established physician networks.
• Proficient in managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, solution selling, and closing.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the medical field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and/or businesses while achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Advanced consultative sales abilities and outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to relate to various levels of management and staff in a clinical setting.
• Proven negotiating skills with the capability to initiate, execute, and finalize contractual processes.
• Demonstrated forecasting abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members to facilitate new business conversions and development.
• Competence in negotiating and managing pricing contracts and renewals.
• Willingness to travel an average of at least 50% of the time.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Adherence to customer access guidelines and vendor credentialing requirements.
• Must reside within the Alabama and Northern Mississippi territory.
