This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the development, upkeep, and evaluation of Primavera P6 schedules across various projects within a wider portfolio.
• Establish and enforce standardized scheduling methodologies throughout the portfolio, which includes WBS structures, activity coding, calendars, resource conventions, and logic rules.
• Act as the primary scheduling contact for designated clients and programs.
• Assess and approve project-level schedules for quality, constructability, and compliance with contract obligations and program goals.
• Guide the development of baselines, analyze schedule changes, conduct recovery scheduling, and perform time impact analyses across the portfolio.
• Oversee weekly and monthly portfolio reports, incorporating schedule health metrics, variance analysis, and performance trends.
• Communicate schedule status, risks, and mitigation strategies to project teams, client leadership, and Stelic leadership.
• Identify trends in the critical path, near-critical activities, and systemic risk factors across projects, and initiate corrective measures.
• Conduct scenario modeling and "what if" analyses to assess the impact of changes across multiple projects or programs.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and project controls staff to coordinate schedule development and updates across programs.
• Mentor schedulers and project controls personnel, review their outputs, and elevate the technical standards of the team.
• Build and oversee a scheduling team as the portfolio expands, including providing input on hiring, workload distribution, performance feedback, and development planning.
• Assist in proposals and client engagements by detailing scheduling approaches, staffing plans, and input on levels of effort.
• Ensure consistent and auditable scheduling documentation aligns with project controls best practices and contractual stipulations.
• Propel continuous enhancements in scheduling processes, tools, and reporting throughout Stelic’s portfolio.
• 8 to 10+ years of professional scheduling expertise in capital projects.
• Preferred experience in data centers and civil infrastructure, including site development, utilities, roadways, or water and wastewater projects.
• Proven experience in managing scheduling across multiple concurrent projects or a full program.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, schedule logic, critical path analysis, and delay analysis techniques.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or supervising schedulers or project controls staff, or a clear readiness to transition into a people management role.
• Familiarity with portfolio-level reporting, schedule analytics, and project controls.
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks in a fully remote, distributed setting.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying schedule insights, risks, and implications to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including client executives.
• Preference for candidates based in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline is preferred.
