This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
β’ Oversee all facets of a designated portfolio of transportation broker and/or commercial trucking carrier clients.
β’ Ensure that client relationships align with risk, profitability, factoring services, customer service, and financial control benchmarks.
β’ Collaborate across departments and with Account Executives to deliver competitive factoring services and outstanding customer support.
β’ Track factored sales, disputes, and reserves.
β’ Recognize adverse trends and implement measures to reduce risk and exposure.
β’ Facilitate negotiations in escalated situations between clients and Account Executives.
β’ Coordinate the resolution of client issues with the appropriate personnel.
β’ Oversee the Account Executive collection process, which includes coverage, contact, and follow-up.
β’ Identify opportunities to proactively enhance client limits.
β’ Analyze scorecards and create precise credit presentations for client credit limit expansions.
β’ Authorize client credit limits within the scope of granted authority.
β’ Manage the return or application of unidentified, duplicate, or non-factored payments.
β’ Handle client contract modifications and cancellations.
β’ Manage the assignment and transition of Account Executive client accounts.
β’ Ensure account coverage during the absence of Account Executives.
β’ Develop and train Account Executives on standardized and efficient practices to achieve division KPIs.
β’ Lead Account Executive roundtable meetings and maintain regular communication with Account Executives.
β’ Participate in monthly Asset Quality meetings as necessary.
β’ Execute other duties as assigned.
β’ Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant work experience in factoring, financial services, credit, collections, management, or a related field.
β’ Bilingual skills are advantageous.
β’ Ability to adapt and remain flexible in changing work environments.

β’ Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
β’ Knowledge of Factorsoft is an asset.
β’ Exceptional customer service skills.
β’ Willingness to travel if necessary.
β’ Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
β’ Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer.
β’ Capability to lift, move, or carry up to approximately 15 pounds if required for essential job functions.
