Portfolio Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Evaluate portfolio data, documentation, and processes, consolidating information for senior leadership reporting.

• Gather, compile, and analyze portfolio management data in accordance with PMI standards, process and controls guidance, and best practices in project governance.

• Work in collaboration with program and portfolio managers to establish reporting metrics and performance indicators, encompassing both financial and project-level performance.

• Create comprehensive analytic packages for reporting and review by key stakeholders.

• Take part in and lead workgroups focused on designing and analyzing portfolio management and reporting.

• Investigate best practices for developing and implementing portfolio management standards.

• Execute other assigned duties as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• At least 3 years of experience in project and program management is essential.

• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Data Sciences and Business Intelligence Reporting, are required.

• Some experience in a leadership role is necessary.

• Preferred certifications include PfMP, CAPM, PMP, CGEIT, CISA, or in Data Sciences.

• Remote work within the United States is acceptable.

• Up to 10% travel may be required.
