This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement the PFM Center of Excellence (CoE)
• Oversee operational metrics such as Demand Placements, Margin Review Prework, and Policy 6 support
• Advocate for adherence to processes and systems
• Lead and cultivate the regional team to streamline and establish top-tier standard processes and policies
• Create operational rhythms and rigor through Daily Management
• Ensure excellence in contracts and operational readiness for events
• Serve as the primary contact for Service Directors and regional leadership
• Provide a consolidated, dependable, and up-to-date perspective on the outage pipeline
• Promote a LEAN culture and spearhead transformation initiatives aligned with the broader Operations strategy
• Guide ongoing process enhancements and focus on automation opportunities
• Guarantee precise and timely execution of Events Management, On Time Demand placements, billing issuance, and forecasting for billing and collections
• Lead a team of Sub Regional PFMs
• Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to CoE leadership
• Identify, recruit, nurture, and retain talent
• Build partnerships with cross-functional teams and other CoEs
• Ensure a smooth experience for Service Directors, CPMs, Services Managers, and related stakeholders
• Collaborate with Service Directors, CPMs, finance, IT, and parts fulfillment teams throughout the Order-to-Remittance process
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or a High School Diploma/GED with relevant experience in Services/contract management
• At least 8 years of experience in power generation services, industrial, or manufacturing sectors
• Demonstrated experience in Services and/or Contract Performance Management
• Experience with ERP systems
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience in managing teams and achieving results through teamwork
• Capability to operate under tight deadlines and prioritize effectively under pressure
• Skill in developing and executing actionable plans
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Pole/ITR Finances, Fulfillment, and Operations
• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational capabilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
• Previous experience in Customer Service, PFM, Field, or CPM-type roles
• Adaptability and flexibility in uncertain or evolving situations
• Prior experience in people leadership roles
• Lean and continuous improvement mindset
• Minimum of 2 years of operations leadership experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Successful completion of a drug screen, where applicable
