Poker Promotions Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of poker promotions throughout the iPoker network.

• Manage tournament series, cash game promotions, Twister and SNG campaigns, as well as qualifiers for live events.

• Collaborate with Network Management, Product, Network Operations, and Poker Reports teams.

• Define the mechanics of campaigns, eligibility criteria, promotional materials, timelines, and reporting needs.

• Monitor the performance of campaigns and analyze commercial and player engagement metrics.

• Provide actionable insights to enhance future promotions.

• Assist network operators with the launch and updates of campaigns.

• Aid in the rollout of new poker features and promotional initiatives.

• Enhance promotional processes, documentation, and campaign execution across the network.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in online poker, iGaming, CRM, promotions, or a related commercial position.

• In-depth understanding of the online poker landscape and its products.

• Proven experience in planning, launching, and evaluating promotional campaigns.

• Experience in supporting poker acquisition, retention, reactivation, and player engagement efforts.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and campaign-management platforms, encompassing player segmentation, targeting, and lifecycle management.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with operators and cross-functional teams on network-wide CRM and promotional activities.

• Strong analytical abilities and experience handling large datasets.

• Advanced Excel competencies, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and performance modeling.

• Experience using BI or reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.

• Solid commercial understanding of poker KPIs and primary revenue drivers.

• Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

• Practical knowledge of SQL is a distinct advantage.
