• Review, edit, fact-check, and modify editorial content related to podcasts in accordance with established style guides and standards.

• Enhance AI-generated US-English source material for improved clarity, coherence, and creative effectiveness.

• Conduct research on podcast terminology, formats, creators, genres, and trends to ensure cultural and regional relevance for the US market.

• Offer clear and actionable feedback on written content and AI-generated outputs.

• Maintain consistency and quality across audiovisual and digital platforms utilizing client-specific tools and workflows.

• Demonstrated experience in copywriting.

• Established background in editing or creating content related to a variety of podcast genres.

• Familiarity with current podcast trends and industry standards.

• Capability to adjust tone and style according to different contexts and audiences.

• Understanding of cultural influences and regional preferences in podcast content.

• Keen awareness of pop culture along with mainstream language, trends, and references.

• Ability to think creatively, suggest innovative perspectives, and enhance source material.

• Proficient in researching and verifying facts, trends, and references from credible sources.

• Strong comprehension of target listener/reader preferences and factors that drive engagement.

• Excellent grammar and punctuation skills, with the ability to craft engaging and coherent narratives.

• A genuine passion for podcasts.

• English (US) > English (US) language pair required.

• Assessment of grammar and subject matter expertise (SME) knowledge required.
