This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
β’ Act as a senior strategic collaborator with executive, global, or regional leadership, converting business strategies into People & Organization priorities and plans.
β’ Collaborate in the development of business strategies, facilitate systemic organizational transformations, and spearhead essential transversal P&O initiatives across the wider enterprise.
β’ Advocate for the Science & Diagnostics Culture alongside the Mars Five Principles.
β’ Align organizational structure with business goals and integrate the Mars Five Principles and Associate Concept into leadership and people-oriented decisions.
β’ Partner with senior leaders and play a pivotal role on their leadership teams to influence and drive business growth through talent and organizational strategies.
β’ Design and execute intricate organizational design projects and extensive change management plans.
β’ Oversee high-visibility transversal P&O initiatives and communities throughout the organization.
β’ Direct long-term strategic workforce planning, encompassing IVCP, AEP, and staffing models.
β’ Collaborate with global Centers of Expertise to co-create and pilot enterprise-wide initiatives; lead implementation, coach leaders and associates, and take ownership of success metrics.
β’ Utilize workforce analytics, external benchmarks, and internal metrics to derive insights, build business cases, influence priorities, and evaluate ROI.
β’ Foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
β’ Address systemic workplace challenges and offer senior-level guidance on employee relations matters.
β’ Ensure compliance and risk mitigation, making certain that leadership decisions adhere to employment laws, internal policies, and ethical standards.
β’ Guarantee that organizational and talent changes are documented and accurately reflected in systems such as letters, Workday, and job descriptions.
β’ Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports when applicable, and provide mentorship to T2 P&O Business Partners.
β’ Masterβs Degree.
β’ SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or an equivalent senior-level HR certification is strongly preferred.
β’ 10β12+ years of progressive HR/P&O business partnering experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or directing role.
β’ Demonstrated success in partnering with executive or global/regional leaders.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of various human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, talent management, and talent acquisition.
β’ Experience in a matrixed global environment, ideally within veterinary diagnostic solutions, healthcare, or consumer goods.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with strong typing skills.
