PMO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish, execute, and continually refine methodologies, ceremonies, templates, and workflows for project management at Easy.

• Develop and uphold comprehensive portfolio dashboards and reports that highlight progress, risk, capacity, and value-delivered metrics to assist leadership in decision-making.

• Monitor initiatives throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables among all involved areas.

• Identify, coordinate, and oversee technical and operational dependencies across teams, systems, and partners.

• Detect bottlenecks, prioritize conflicts, and manage deviations, facilitating cross-functional action plans until resolution is achieved.

• Utilize AI to automate report generation, summarize status updates and meeting notes, and produce predictive analyses concerning performance and risk.

• Aid leadership in portfolio prioritization by emphasizing trade-offs between demand, team capacity, and committed deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in establishing and leading a strategic Project Management Office (PMO) rather than simply managing an existing one.

• Proven experience in managing highly complex portfolios involving numerous concurrent workstreams and strong interdependencies among teams.

• Practical knowledge of scaled agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban, with the ability to adapt frameworks to fit the business context.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools for productivity, data analysis, and project management.

• Strong analytical skills, capable of converting data and technical bottlenecks into executive insights and decision-making recommendations.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities in high-pressure environments with multiple competing priorities.

• Self-reliant and capable of influencing teams without formal authority.

• Experience in the telecommunications sector, digital products, or similar operational models to Easy (preferred).

• Relevant certifications in scaled agile (SAFe Agilist, SAFe SPC) and/or project management (PMP, PMI-ACP) (preferred).

• Familiarity with configuring and administering enterprise portfolio management tools (Jira Align, Azure DevOps, Monday, etc.) (preferred).

• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or similar tools (preferred).
