PMO Specialist – Agentic PMO, Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Oversee and prioritize a central backlog across relevant workstreams.

• Aggregate incoming requirements and convert them into well-defined, actionable work packages.

• Establish objectives, expected outcomes, responsibilities, dependencies, and next steps for each work package.

• Take ownership of prioritized work packages and drive them to completion.

• Monitor deliverables, action items, timelines, and dependencies, identifying any delays and coordination needs.

• Maintain organized documentation of progress, blockers, decisions, and outstanding issues.

• Prepare escalations, management updates, and materials for decision-making.

• Organize and support workshops and stakeholder meetings, including creating agendas, presentations, working materials, and follow-up actions.

• Assist Stream Leads in cross-stream coordination efforts.

• Develop and uphold PMO frameworks, templates, starter packages, one-pagers, presentations, and best-practice toolkits.

• Research and document best practices in PMO and project management.

• Investigate, structure, and prioritize AI, automation, and Agentic PMO use cases.

• Record business requirements, value hypotheses, target groups, process relevance, and expected outcomes for AI use cases.

• Facilitate the transition of prioritized AI use cases into tangible next steps or pilot initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in PMO, project coordination, or Delivery Support roles.

• Familiarity with managing backlogs, work packages, action items, timelines, and dependencies.

• Background in complex transformation programs or cross-stream project environments.

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills.

• Experience with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and backlog or portfolio management.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

• Proficient in creating PowerPoint presentations, management updates, one-pagers, and workshop materials.

• Experience in developing or enhancing PMO, project management, or consulting offerings is a plus.

• Practical experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, agent-based workflows, or similar AI tools.

• Keen interest in AI, automation, and Agentic PMO use cases.

• Proactive and self-organized work style with a strong sense of ownership.

• Capability to manage multiple work packages independently from initial requirements to completion.

• Experience in distributed, cross-functional, or multi-vendor settings.

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

• Familiarity with Planner, Confluence, Power BI, SharePoint, or comparable project management and collaboration tools is advantageous.

• Fluent in English and possess good German language skills.
