PMO Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Become a part of the Global PMO Office, overseeing a significant project and capital expenditure improvement portfolio.

• Manage and sustain the PMO's technological framework, which includes project management platforms, dashboards, and job cost systems.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency throughout the client's portfolio.

• Maintain dashboards focusing on cost, schedule, and risk management.

• Deliver weekly status reports to clients.

• Conduct data entry, validation, and processing of change orders that contribute to weekly reports.

• Oversee the risk register and escalation log.

• Organize governance meetings, Change Control Board sessions, and client communications.

• Supervise construction and disbursement timelines, including zoning approvals, certified surveys, and building permits.

• Implement standard principles and procedures to complex tasks and offer innovative solutions.

• Mentor colleagues and share extensive job expertise.

• Exemplify and promote CBRE RISE values through leadership.

• Foster consensus and persuade others towards agreement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with 5-8 years of relevant experience.

• A combination of experience and education will be considered in the absence of a degree.

• Capability to apply judgment based on the analysis of diverse information sources.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.

• Experience with Primavera Unifier is advantageous.

• Strong organizational skills coupled with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
