This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Assist the Project Management Team with daily project activities.
• Organize executive meetings, governance sessions, and working groups.
• Create meeting agendas, document decisions, track action items, and distribute meeting summaries while ensuring decisions are followed through to completion.
• Maintain comprehensive project schedules and milestone tracking.
• Oversee project status and escalate overdue items as necessary.
• Facilitate reviews and approvals of deliverables.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for project status updates.
• Revise milestone reporting, dependencies, and executive action items as needed.
• Create PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership briefings.
• Arrange stakeholder meetings across various organizations and coordinate subsequent activities.
• Monitor stakeholder feedback and outstanding action items.
• Assist with communications related to organizational changes.
• Draft and sustain project documentation.
• Aid in process mapping and the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Track project risks and issues, monitor dependencies, and maintain project templates.
• Provide support for ad hoc requests from the Project Management Team and program leadership.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Over 8 years of relevant experience, including support for federal projects or Project Management Offices (PMOs).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
• Exceptional organizational abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in supporting executive leadership.
• Familiarity with maintaining project documentation.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
