This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Establish and oversee PMO governance, project controls, and delivery management procedures within the DDI program.
• Ensure uniform project management practices, standards, and accountability across all workstreams and domains.
• Manage scheduling, scope, deliverables, RAID, change control, reporting, and quality assurance.
• Facilitate executive and client governance through project evaluations, leadership reporting, and strategic decision-making.
• Direct PMO resources and drive performance relative to program KPIs, SLAs, and delivery obligations.
• Collaborate closely with the Engagement Lead and Deputy Engagement Lead across all program workstreams.
• Over 12 years of experience in project management, PMO leadership, program controls, delivery governance, or large-scale implementation program management.
• More than 7 years of experience in supporting large-scale healthcare technology programs, including Medicaid, MMIS/MES, PBM, system implementation, modernization, or other related healthcare delivery initiatives.
• Proven experience in leading PMO governance across intricate, multi-workstream programs.
• Proficient in schedule integration, RAID management, change control, deliverables, quality, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience leading PMO and project delivery teams, including project managers, PMO analysts, schedulers, technical writers, and other program support personnel.
• Strong skills in executive and client engagement.
• Experience in supporting governance forums, leadership reporting, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Additional experience with PMI-ACP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, SAFe, Microsoft Project, or similar tools is advantageous.
• Must reside within the United States.
