This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Develop and execute intricate project definitions, schedules, budgets, and goals for extensive or multiple high-complexity projects.
• Ensure synchronization with release milestones, environmental readiness, and architectural dependencies.
• Evaluate scope alterations and their effects on system design, integrations, and downstream environments.
• Attain stakeholder agreement, approval, and consensus.
• Identify resources and allocate staff for projects.
• Structure project teams around deadlines, assignments, objectives, release schedules, and technical dependencies.
• Act as the primary contact for client project management.
• Oversee costs, schedules, quality, deliverables, budgets, and risks.
• Create and apply risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with technical architects.
• Manage project alterations in accordance with architectural standards and sanctioned technical designs.
• Assess solution feasibility and scalability alongside technical architects.
• Engage in proposal efforts and sales discussions.
• Lead a small team of Project Managers as their direct supervisor.
• Portfolio Management expertise.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis & Reporting.
• Risk Management experience, including architectural and release dependencies.
• Knowledge of Project Methodology.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle, including release cycles.
• Awareness of Standardization & Compliance with configuration and change control.
• Release Management experience (Preferred).
• Configuration / Infrastructure Awareness (Preferred).
• Ability to engage stakeholders and collaborate with technical architects.
• Skills in Coaching & Mentoring.
• Conflict Resolution capabilities, particularly in aligning architecture and delivery teams.
• Competence with MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, and experience with release/environment tracking tools.
• Leadership experience with direct reports.
