This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Establish and oversee PMO governance, project controls, and delivery management processes for the DDI program.

• Ensure uniform project management practices, standards, and accountability across all workstreams and domains.

• Manage schedule, scope, deliverables, RAID, change control, reporting, and quality assurance.

• Assist executive and client governance through project evaluations, leadership reports, and strategic decision-making.

• Direct PMO resources and enhance performance against program KPIs, SLAs, and delivery obligations.

• Facilitate governance, schedule performance, deliverable management, RAID oversight, change control, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting across all program workstreams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 9 years of experience in project management, PMO leadership, program controls, delivery governance, or managing large-scale implementation programs.

• More than 7 years of experience supporting extensive healthcare technology initiatives, including Medicaid, MMIS/MES, PBM, system implementation, modernization, or related healthcare delivery projects.

• Proven track record in leading PMO governance for complex, multi-workstream programs.

• Proficient in schedule integration, RAID management, change control, deliverables, quality assurance, reporting, and stakeholder communications.

• Experience supervising PMO and project delivery teams, including project managers, PMO analysts, schedulers, technical writers, and additional program support personnel.

• Strong skills in executive and client engagement.

• Background in supporting governance forums, leadership reporting, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with PMI-ACP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, SAFe, Microsoft Project, or similar tools is an advantage.

• Must reside in the United States.
