This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Manage strategic information security projects under the CISO's direction within the client organization.

• Define the scope, objectives, deliverables, timeline, and budget for cybersecurity projects.

• Oversee the implementation of SIEM, Zero Trust architecture, IAM, supply chain strengthening, and incident response projects.

• Coordinate risk management efforts and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Lead technical security teams, including the CISO, engineers, and SOC analysts, while collaborating with business stakeholders and internal clients.

• Monitor operational and executive aspects of pentesting projects, external consulting, compliance audits, and the acquisition of licenses and tools.

• Define, maintain, and report on KPIs and KRIs to senior management and security committees.

• Proactively communicate project statuses and anticipate deviations or impacts on planning.

• Apply management methodologies to control risks, timelines, budgets, and project scope.

⛳️ Requirements

• Residency and work permit in Spain are essential.

• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT/Technology environments.

• At least 2-3 years specifically managing cybersecurity or secure infrastructure projects.

• Proficient in agile methodologies: Scrum and Kanban.

• Proficient in traditional methodologies: PMP/Waterfall.

• Advanced knowledge of Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Asana.

• Solid understanding of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.

• Familiarity with threat analysis models.

• Knowledge of cloud security: AWS, Azure, and GCP.

• Understanding of network architecture, PAM/IAM, cryptography, and vulnerability analysis.

• Knowledge of GDPR, NIS2, and DORA.

• Valuable certifications include: PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster, CISM, CISA, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or CRISC.
