This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Serve as an instructor and coordinator for LSAC’s renowned Plus program.
• Offer personalized support to participating scholars through virtual meetings and communication.
• Create and enhance online educational content and program development within a learning environment.
• Meet with Plus scholars to address their individual inquiries and needs.
• Monitor scholar participation, report outcomes, and suggest program improvements based on findings.
• Follow up with scholars to boost program participation, retention, and overall impact.
• Oversee multiple calendars and schedules for programming and recordings with program stakeholders.
• Record and edit programming content for Plus, ensuring both accessibility and quality.
• Collaborate with schools and the events team for Plus hubs.
• Foster an inclusive virtual learning environment for content delivery.
• Work in conjunction with program stakeholders for content creation and dissemination.
• A bachelor’s degree in education, law, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A master’s degree is preferred.
• At least two (2) years of experience in counseling or coaching higher education students in legal education admissions and providing student support.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in teaching or delivering educational content.
• At least two (2) years of experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholders and constituents.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience working with or managing educational pathway programs; three years preferred.
• Experience in creating and managing virtual content via a learning management system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.
• Strong understanding of the law school experience and the legal education admissions process.
• Willingness and ability to learn and utilize specialized office software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work necessary hours to complete assignments satisfactorily.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
