Plumbing Career Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate a one-hour live workshop on a monthly basis.

• Address student inquiries regarding plumbing careers and the job search process.

• Provide practical insights into entry-level plumbing positions and apprenticeship opportunities.

• Offer optional one-on-one coaching for students who express interest.

• Demonstrate real-world plumbing expertise through the workshops.

• Develop and manage a private coaching business as students schedule one-on-one sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional plumbing experience in residential, commercial, or service sectors.

• A passion for mentoring and assisting individuals transitioning into the trades.

• Excellent communication and instructional skills.

• Availability for at least three evenings a week, preferably from Tuesday to Thursday.

• Self-motivated approach — capable of leading workshops autonomously.

• Familiarity with online platforms such as Google Meets and Calendly.
