Platform Migration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Migrate and reconstruct partner websites on new platforms while maintaining content, structure, and branding.

• Transfer scheduled posts as necessary.

• Recreate and oversee email marketing campaigns (including templates and automations) on the new platform.

• Monitor migration progress across all 1,000 accounts using Excel (including status logs, QA checklists, and error tracking).

• Communicate with supervisors and potentially partners through Outlook regarding migration timelines, issues, and completion.

• Conduct quality assurance checks after migration to ensure websites, posts, and campaigns render and function correctly.

• Document issues, edge cases, and resolutions to enhance process improvement throughout the project.

• Meet daily and weekly migration quotas to maintain adherence to the 90-day timeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including tracking, formulas, filtering/sorting large datasets, with pivot tables being a plus).

• At least one of the following is required:

• Hands-on experience in website development (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar).

• Experience in social media posting and account management using third-party posting providers.

• Experience in creating and managing email campaigns (including building templates, managing lists, and deploying campaigns).

• Exceptional attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, high-volume, deadline-driven tasks.

• Ability to work independently, adhere to detailed SOPs, and escalate issues as necessary.

• Strong written communication skills for correspondence with partners.
