Platform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Enhance backend IT infrastructure environments, which include Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and various development initiatives.

• Collaborate with leadership across the organization to design architectures and oversee product management.

• Execute solutions that support global infrastructure architecture and facilitate the transition into operational phases.

• Manage M365 services, encompassing Copilot/Agents, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power BI, DocuSign, and Kiteworks.

• Evaluate current environments and propose enhancements.

• Analyze emerging technologies and trends, providing recommendations for beneficial implementations.

• Develop solutions and guide team members in their execution through mentorship and support.

• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business leadership.

• Enhance the efficiency of the IT department by optimizing and automating processes.

• Offer technical guidance on system implementation.

• Lead integration strategies for new infrastructure systems.

• Spearhead the design and implementation of virtual infrastructure.

• Work alongside the IT Operations Architect to apply platform standards, reference architectures, and operational best practices.

• Ensure infrastructure designs adopt a security-first mindset.

• Perform additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and/or managing enterprise IT systems.

• At least 3 years of experience in administering M365/Azure infrastructure within medium to large enterprise settings.

• Microsoft Certifications are a plus.

• Proficient understanding of server and cloud architectures.

• Experience in large-scale implementations and integrations of corporate IT systems.

• Familiarity with environments utilizing cloud components in Azure.

• A security-first mindset in all undertakings.

• Capable of solving problems systematically and transparently.
