Platform and Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop, sustain, and enhance a global automation platform based on UiPath, incorporating RPA, AI functionalities, and supporting platform elements.

• Design, create, and uphold the architecture of the automation platform, primarily utilizing UiPath technologies.

• Assess and facilitate the adoption of new platform features and emerging technologies in Intelligent Process Automation.

• Collaborate with international development teams to pinpoint enhancements to the platform and adapt to evolving business needs.

• Assist in managing software licenses, including tracking allocations and coordinating with vendors.

• Oversee access controls and user permissions for the global IPA platform.

• Establish and implement development standards and guidelines for automation design.

• Offer technical guidance and support to both global and local automation delivery teams.

• Partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers on initiatives and projects related to the platform.

• Engage in platform governance and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the automation ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is required.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT, software development, automation, or related disciplines.

• A minimum of 2–3 years of experience with RPA and/or Intelligent Process Automation solutions.

• In-depth knowledge of UiPath platform components, such as Orchestrator, AI Center, Insights, Integration Services, and related technologies.

• A solid understanding of RPA development methodologies and best practices.

• Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, data security principles, and project management and collaboration tools (e.g., AWS, Dynatrace, CyberArk, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Jira).

• Basic knowledge of SAP.

• Familiarity with process automation and concepts of digital transformation.

• Experience in Agile project environments.

• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
