This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer both technical and administrative support to field and operations personnel.
• Oversee the setup of assignments, communication, scheduling, coordination, preparation, and completion of project activities.
• Present project findings to clients and/or management.
• Coordinate schedules with vendors, clients, and both internal and external teams.
• Create reports outlining project progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Monitor data using web-based project management tools.
• Receive and distribute Client Supplied Material (CSM).
• Reach out to municipal departments for project-related information.
• Carry out special projects as assigned by leadership.
• Identify ways to enhance efficiency and leverage technological solutions.
• Uphold the confidentiality of company information.
• Provide prompt customer service and proactive solutions for clients.
• Conduct document research on client-supplied materials.
• Submit and track check requests for municipal data and information.
• Monitor and obtain pending municipal data/information for zoning and SIR reports.
• Process or acquire FLEX IDs for onboarding new vendors when necessary.
• Draft technical zoning reports and site-investigation reports (SIRs).
• Communicate necessary information for report completion and anticipated delays.
• Revise reports upon receipt of additional municipal information.
• Provide zoning-related information directly to clients, both verbally and electronically.
• Manage responses to post-delivery client inquiries and requests concerning zoning reports.
• Delegate follow-up instructions to address client issues.
• Recognize and communicate workflow efficiencies.
• Adhere to relevant policies, procedures, work instructions, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Be prepared to work overtime with prior supervisor approval as needed.
• Travel as necessary based on essential duties and responsibilities.
• High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) is required.
• A minimum of two years of administrative experience is required.
• Capability to read, analyze, and interpret project/technical documents, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Proficient in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information and address questions from clients, peers, and technical field staff.
• Skills to define problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Capacity to interpret technical instructions and manage both abstract and concrete variables.
• Proficient with computers, word processing software, spreadsheet software, and project management software.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Excellent active listening skills.

• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to motivate, develop, and direct personnel.
