Planning and Performance Analyst – Sales Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create, assess, and enhance processes and tools for outbound lead generation and proactive prospecting, while mapping the market and refining total addressable market (TAM) insights.

• Operate at the Salesforce/HubSpot interface, implementing structural modifications and ensuring the integrity and organization of commercial intelligence databases.

• Design dashboards, reports, and analyses to track sales performance, facilitate target-setting, and introduce tools and AI solutions that boost the effectiveness of B2B teams.

• Oversee the daily functionality of lead generation and uphold data quality across commercial databases.

• Work collaboratively with various teams to transform analytical findings into strategic prospecting and sales initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience supporting and working with sales teams.

• Advanced expertise in CRM platforms like HubSpot or, ideally, Salesforce.

• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including the use of formulas such as INDEX and MATCH.

• Basic knowledge of SQL, with the capability to construct basic queries and a readiness to learn.

• Intermediate proficiency in English.

• Preferred: experience in outbound lead generation and proactive prospecting.

• Preferred: foundational programming knowledge, such as Python.

• Preferred: understanding of artificial intelligence and automation tools applied in sales.

• Preferred: proficiency in Spanish.
