Planning and Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development, evaluation, and dissemination of the organization's strategic plan.

• Aid in the implementation, oversight, and governance of strategic projects and initiatives by monitoring schedules, risks, status, and deliverables.

• Coordinate and oversee strategic meetings, regular reviews, and management forums.

• Update, track, and assess performance indicators, targets, dashboards, and management reports.

• Aggregate data and information to create analyses, assessments, and executive presentations.

• Follow up with involved teams to ensure alignment of actions and adherence to deadlines.

• Map, analyze, and evaluate organizational processes, identifying bottlenecks, risks, and areas for improvement.

• Develop, document, and standardize processes, workflows, procedures, and management tools.

• Track information pertaining to corporate targets and outcomes.

• Serve as a liaison between departments, enhancing communication and alignment of strategic initiatives.

• Assist in structuring and maintaining management routines, ensuring the organization and distribution of necessary information for the business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.

• Experience in strategic planning.

• Familiarity with OKRs, the Balanced Scorecard (BSC), or equivalent methodologies.

• Background in process mapping and redesign.

• Knowledge of BPMN, Bizagi, SIPOC, or similar tools.

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.

• Excellent written communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.

• Availability to work under a CLT employment contract.
