• Manage and enhance customer experiences for Konecta.

• Work entirely from home during full-time afternoon hours.

• Participate in training sessions using a laptop or PC with wired internet exceeding 30 Mbps.

• Availability to work 100% from home.

• A laptop or PC is required for training.

• Wired internet connection greater than 30 Mbps.

• Full-time availability during afternoon hours.

• Proactive attitude, customer-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn.

• Professional experience: Less than 1 year.
