📋 Description

• Manage and oversee customer experiences for Konecta

• Work 100% from home during the full afternoon shift

• Participate in training using a laptop or PC with a wired internet connection

• Provide customer guidance and enhance special experiences through human agents and AI

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education

• Availability to work 100% from home

• For training, a laptop or PC is required

• Wired internet connection with a speed greater than 30mb

• Full-time afternoon hours

• Proactive attitude, customer orientation, and eagerness to learn

• Professional experience: Less than 1 year
