This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the main operational contact for designated employer groups, brokers, consultants, and strategic partners.
β’ Develop and nurture robust client relationships through proactive communication, effective issue resolution, and oversight of service delivery.
β’ Collaborate with enterprise client engagement teams to ensure alignment with client requirements and expectations.
β’ Coordinate the resolution of service incidents, escalations, and operational challenges that affect participant or employer experiences.
β’ Monitor operational performance to guarantee the timely fulfillment of client requests.
β’ Work alongside Operations, Claims, Eligibility, Premium Administration, Finance, Compliance, Technology, and Vendor Management teams to address complex inquiries.
β’ Facilitate the implementation of plan modifications, product upgrades, and regulatory mandates.
β’ Advocate for the client's perspective during operational discussions and process enhancement initiatives.
β’ Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, automation, reporting capabilities, and overall client experience.
β’ Collaborate with operational leaders to streamline processes and resolve recurring challenges.
β’ Contribute to the development and improvement of client-facing tools, reporting, and service models.
β’ Support strategic initiatives aimed at boosting scalability, quality, and operational effectiveness.
β’ Engage in client meetings and renewal discussions as necessary.
β’ Assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members.
β’ Contribute to the creation of standard operating procedures, training materials, and knowledge documentation.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
β’ 3+ years of experience in employee benefits, insurance operations, or client service.
β’ Strong skills in customer service, communication, and problem solving.
β’ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Experience with Consumer Driven Health Plans (CDHP) and/or COBRA is preferred.
